When you can request a refund
- Within 7 days of purchase.
- You have read less than 20% of the book.
- The book was misrepresented (wrong content, broken file, corrupted pages).
How to request
Go to your library, find the purchase, and click "Request refund". Tell us why in one sentence. We respond within 2 business days.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What we don't refund
- Books you've substantially read (more than 20%).
- Purchases older than 7 days.
- "Changed my mind" after finishing the book.
Author impact
When a refund is issued, the corresponding 85% credit on the author's ledger is reversed. This is automatic and idempotent.
