If you see your work being sold without permission
- File a report via our DMCA form. Include the book URL, proof you own the copyright (e.g. registration, manuscript drafts, prior publication), and a signed good-faith statement.
- We review within 3 business days.
- If the report is verified, we take the following enforcement actions:

- The infringing listing is unpublished immediately.
- All revenue earned from the infringing book is transferred to the verified rightful copyright owner.
- The offending author's account is terminated and they are permanently banned from publishing on tbsbookshop.
- Both parties receive email confirmation.
False reports
Filing a knowingly false copyright claim is a crime. We may pursue legal action against bad-faith reporters.

If your book was wrongly taken down, email legal@tbsbookshop.com with proof of ownership within 14 days.
